Tykes Academy

An introduction to fundamental movements is key at a young age. More important, however, is how that child is introduced to that movement. At BC Prep, we focus on producing a fun and high energy environment by teaching physical literacy  through gameplay with our Tykes Academy.

According to Canadian Sport for Life, it is proven that an early active start enhances development of brain function, physical coordination and gross motor skills. An active start also helps children to build confidence, social skills, emotional control, and imagination while reducing stress and improving sleep.
