About the program

Welcome to our Basketball camp! Designed for boys and girls in grades 4 to 8, this camp is the perfect opportunity for beginner level players to enhance their skills, boost their confidence, and improve their physical literacy and conditioning. Our comprehensive training program focuses on skill development and physical preparation for basketball and various team sports. We employ a combination of on-court skill drills and dry land training sessions on the indoor turf to facilitate the development of specific body movements and foster well-rounded multi-sport athletes. To ensure each participant is appropriately challenged, our training sessions are divided based on age and skill level.
